Boston, MA (Sports Network) - Celtics swingman Marquis Daniels left Sunday's gamed against Orlando on a stretcher after colliding with Magic guard Gilbert Arenas.

The Celtics said Daniels has a bruised spinal cord but is moving his arms and legs. He will miss at least a month.

Daniels was driving into the lane in the opening minutes of the second quarter when he collided with Arenas under the basket and fell to the floor.

After remaining on the court for several minutes, he was placed on a stretcher by TD Garden paramedics and sent to the hospital via ambulance.

Daniels was conscious during the entire process and gave a thumbs up to the home crowd.
"When you see a guy down like that you worry and pray," said Celtics forward Paul Pierce.
It was the second injury of the day for the Celtics. Forward Glen Davis collided with Orlando's Jameer Nelson in the first quarter and hit his head on the floor. Davis was helped to the bench and later returned to the game.
Boston won the game, 91-80.
