update: tnt wins game 7 against petron score 92-91

MANILA, Philippines -- The Talk N Text Tropang Texters aim to complete a historic comeback when they face off against the Petron Blaze Boosters in Game 7 of their PBA Philippine Cup semi-finals match-up Wednesday night at the Cuneta Astrodome.
Facing a 1-3 series deficit, the Texters have roared back behind the inspired play of last season's most valuable player Jimmy Alapag, winning the next two games to tie the series at 3-all.
If they win against Petron tonight, the Texters would become only the third team in PBA history to complete a comeback from a 1-3 series deficit and win a best-of-seven series. Barangay Ginebra and Purefoods also completed that feat in 1991 and 2006, according to PBA.ph.
Alapag said the Texters will continue to defend their PBA Philippine Cup title until the final buzzer sounds.
"This is still our championship and it's ours until somebody takes it away," he said.
Meanwhile, TNT head coach Chot Reyes hopes momentum will be on the side of his squad.
"We've gotten ourselves in this position. We have to come out with the same energy and intensity to get the job done," said Reyes.
The Boosters are not giving up without a fight, however.
"We lost the last two games, pero three-all pa lang," said Petron head coach Ato Agustin. "We still have the chance. We'll work to correct our mistakes and lapses."
