MANILA, Philippines - Fil-British midfielders and brothers Phil and James Younghusband have approved of actor Jake Cuenca joining the Philippine football team Azkals.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News, James said Cuenca will be a great addition to the team.
"We know Jake Cuenca. It would be great to have him on the team. It's great to see what he's like," said James.
"Anyone who's willing to help the team and make us stronger, then we welcome him," said Phil.
Aside from Cuenca, Universal Leading Man Derek Ramsay has also expressed his interest in joining the Azkals. -- Report from Gretchen Fullido, ABS-CBN News
